Care instructions
My jewelry is made from sterling silver, brass, copper and will tarnish over time. It is completely normal for these 3 metals to oxidize on contact with air or water.
- Store your sterling silver jewelry in a place with low humidity. Never leave them in the bathroom.
- Store the parts individually in airtight bags (small Ziploc).
- Wear your jewelry often.
- Clean your silver jewelery with a silver polishing cloth.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, swimming pool or spa.
- Put on your hair styling products, perfumes, deodorants, lotions and makeup before putting on your jewelry.
Additionnal shipping policies
Regular shipping cost does NOT include a tracking number or insurance, if you would like to have these features you may want to upgrade shipping at checkout.
A package will be considered lost after 1 month from the date of shipment to Canada. Considered lost after 3 months in the rest of the world.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid address.

Are these made or safe for children?
No! The jewelry is made for adult. I really don't recommend to give my jewelry to a kid under 16 years old. They are tiny and not safe for small children.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All the jewels are sent in a small box perfect to offer as a gift to someone special. Or for yourself!
I received the wrong item or it was damaged during shipping...
I always check every orders but mistakes happens. If you received the wrong item or if the item is broke (or damage), please contact me so we can discuss the issue. A clear photo of the item received will be necessary.

Address
Take a minute to review your shipping addresses on Etsy and Paypal, including your full name. Unfortunately, it often happens that orders are returned to me because of the wrong address. If so, you will have to pay the shipping costs again to have your item returned to the correct address.
